INFORMATION NOTICE UNDER THE LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK No. 6698)

  • Data is destroyed when the processing purpose ceases, per KVKK Article 7.

4. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

You may request to:
a) Learn whether your data is processed.
b) Access processed data and related information.
c) Know the purpose of processing and whether it aligns with stated purposes.
ç) Identify third parties (domestic/international) with whom data is shared.
d) Request correction of incomplete/incorrect data.
e) Request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of data under Article 7.
f) Demand notification of corrections/deletions to third parties.
g) Object to automated profiling resulting in adverse consequences.
h) Claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

  • Submit a written request to BERBEROĞLU SÜT ÜRÜN. GIDA SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., following the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

  • Applications must be personal (no third-party requests accepted).

  • Responses will be provided within 30 days, free of charge (fees may apply for additional costs).
